The stimulus bill has yet to be signed off into law.
The vote will be 'early' tomorrow morning (US time) and the Biden will sign it immediately so cue the Dow moonshot!
It is unrecognisable from the promised aid (minimum wage etc...) and so amounts to a one off payment to everyone, once its gone its gone.
The market will want to see moar or it will show its displeasure on Friday!
