FTSE has risen from 6300 to only 6540 whilst
Dax 13250 to 13900
Dow 129680 to 30750.

Thankfully have got experience to my hand otherwise would have blown the account shorting.

People think the news moves the markets ... it doesnt.
The market moves because a few companies stand to make huge sums of money then the media invents a news story to account for it.
The market is going to make a big move down and the media will attribute it to some random event that we dont know about yet.

I'm still short my dax from yesterday around 13,800 when the dax was up 4% in 2 days.

Your trades normally comes out good in the end as you use wide stop loss

I wanted to short 13860 but didn't come into play.

I am now waiting for dax to print double top 13980 after its morning spike up. Scalp some back to 13900 and maybe 13850. It's such a strong move up at the mo.
