Some mildly positive news came out of the UK so now it looks like we want to retest the session high.

The only short I'm holding right now is Dax.
Ftse is expecting billions in infrastructure projects to be announced this week.
Dow has dropped too fast and should retrace to 25,400 (yes that is DOW not dax).
