Close at the very low today, does it mean the short is not in hurry to close there position, so expect more drop tomorrow?
Its the ultimate test of trading psychology. Scared of giving back, when having in the hand etc. Very hard, then ego gets affected, then we switch to fear and greed, all based on a perception.
Days like this highlight the issue, but they are rare, maybe 5 days per year?
All fractals get expanded, so even if you dont get short, you need to wait to get long, as even though we have fallen so far, it doesnt mean sellers are in all the way. Far from it - most of the move was caused from buyers, re-buying each low and getting dumped, thats how markets work their way down in this structure.

+50 is +50 though 🍾🥂
Well you would think that there will be some sellers to come, but in all fairness, its probably a tad too late. Big hurdle to overcome if we want a sustainable downside - not far from a zone that has shown lots of interest and desire in the past.Close at the very low today, does it mean the short is not in hurry to close there position, so expect more drop tomorrow?
Dow has already punched through this zone today, the next zone is the low at 4th of Dec.Well you would think that there will be some sellers to come, but in all fairness, its probably a tad too late. That level coincides with the 200-day average... I got my sights on 27,300 to flip some shorts into longs.Dow has already punched through this zone today, the next zone is the low at 4th of Dec.
40 minutes later ftse 7181 ....short FTSE on open. 7181
55 minutes and you're 20pts ahead40 minutes later ftse 7181 ....
Happy to take 40 from this if it goes that far!55 minutes and you're 20pts ahead
And, indeed FTSE & DOW are joined at the hip... saves you time, look at one and play both
It's déjà vu all over again...or maybe: if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it..... its the ftse its going down.
