Mine is just a hunch. Having breached 20900 it's got to try for 21000.

It's all about the zeros. No rhyme or reason. Actually, Fed hike should do it confirming recovery.

21000 is approx PP-R3 and it has been quite common for those pivot levels to be taken out in one day. So I wouldn't be surprised.
