5min candles are a bit fast for me but the HA slows it down a little. I like the 15..use it almost exclusively

I look at HA candles as a method for avoid early entry and potential whipsaws, I get into trades a little later, when a trend or momentum has established itself, for me it takes away the guess work etc.
