I think the bank of England are going to send a signal this week that interest rates will soon start to rise. Maybe 3 votes to increase.

Yes quite.

Everyone was sure it was the wrong thing to do but they had broadcast it so far in advance they would have looked weak if they didnt. Now they just look stupid that they did.
It was a lose / lose for them.
