Dow close = ftse 5733, dow should be helped by weak dollar but market is way above buy triggers

FTSE100 is very strong at ftse high 5792 it implied dow would be up 133pts that is amazing, but holding ftse near todays high you would have to believe dow will be up and be up very strongly

meanwhile Spain's IBEX 35 index continues to make new lows; another 3.5% fall and it closes in on Oct 2003 lows
 
you guys are making some great calls, i like sd's approach very interesting, and you seem to be going great guns on the forex samirs good for you...good call at 740 yesterday 🙂

to be honest i had a bias to the upside today but no deal so far.

took short from 79 but got out too early and am off out now. ftse next stop 30
 
FTSE buy above 5745
sell if below 5735

FTSE100 technically very strong, which leads to solid but modest up days.

now wait for dow close and gbpusd direction over night.

been out so did not trade it. the 5745-5735 would have been stopped out a few times from the look of the chart a lot of whipsawing

GBPUSD was strong supporting higher prices,

There was a flash crash in Indian NSE stock market at 2.26 pm(IST).

The Nifty futures contract, probably the most liquid instrument in India, crashed over 300 points or 6.7% in a little over one minute at 2.26 pm today. This was on account of a suspected erroneous trading by a large trader. The sudden crash dragged down spot indices too.

Markets recovered and closed off the day’s low following the freak trade. The Sensex ended 129.87 or 0.74% lower at 17,373.84 while the broader Nifty index declined 41.55 points to 5,290.85.
