Hi Guys

Looking at a 1 min chart on the Dax
There was a lot of chop between 2pm and 3pm when it finally broke
to the upside free of that slight upward range.

How do you guys trade that?

What factors help you to decide that the 3pm break was a true break?

Thanks

You are probably correct - but unfortunately I am 5 hours behind this side of the pond and my employers would probably raise an eyebrow or two.

They probably wonder why I spend so much time in the lab on my lap top as it is:innocent:

Just tell them your day trading until you have enough money to leave their grotty place. They will leave you alone and never bother you again.*

*Actual results may vary.

Does *= clear your desk and you can pay for your own f**king flights back to the UK?

U.S. stocks rose, with equities heading for a seventh weekly gain, as better-than-estimated payrolls data bolstered the case that the economy is strong enough to withstand an increase in borrowing costs next year.

Employers in the U.S. added 321,000 jobs in November, the most since January 2012, driving wage gains and highlighting increased corporate confidence the economy will endure a weakening in global markets.

This is your Dow 'Bingo' moment.

I know its Christmas but do you want them to wrap it up and tie it in a bow as well.

I would say a 1 minute close below 17872 on Dow could indicate a failure to go higher.

What! - I am waiting for that Bingo moment!

Seriously but - if the dow did nudge over the high around 17992 would you take a position this late in the day before a weekend?
