Not at all mate, good for you, i only said it last night on here, this job will kill you, sat in a darn chair all day, i used to be running round like an idiot, i used to own an electrical business until i re-located up to sunny Cumbria, i have to make time to either get outside in the evening or do some free weights or spend some time on the cross trainer, anything to get the heart going....
