Sounds great but S&P New High On The Close day after day after day means you would make money buying anything. There are no rules in these markets ATM.

morning - yes we are in a bull market and as there are still plenty of people who are willing to short, the party will not be over until this liquidity has expired. Until then I believe we have much higher to go unless geo-political events intervene.

my top tip was just a bit of a fun statement..
