Hi John, thanks for the welcome. I believe the timeslots thread would have being good, particularly for newbies and a way to show you don't have to be behind your screen all day as well as a way to avoid over trading and be consistent in your approach time after time.

Its something I may consider re visiting at some stage.

My golden rule on this is Dow doesnt recover on the day from >90point gap open.
If it opens more than 90 points down it will keep on going.
