I use to trade with Lind Waldock and they had a super simple way to calculate option total price. Can't remember it but I don't trade FOs anymore but have a similar question.
What is the easiest way to calculate tick dollars. Usually trade USD-XXX but sometimes EUR-J/C. Looking at USD-HKD and don't know how to calculate it.
