Thank you very much Mr Dante for the warm welcome to T2W and the rep!

I must say I enjoy this website very much and in particular your posts in your journal "Confessions of a local" which had me chortling very loudly in my University library, which is where I found it and read through it all in one sitting.
I could honestly feel the glare from the cold dead eyes of the old b4st4rd librarian burrowing into the back of my skull as I pi55ed myself laghing for the best part of two hours.

Anyway back to Hip Hop, yes I like The Platform aswell.

But unfortunately, as one of my favourite artists said "Hip Hop is Dead" and how true that statement is. I think Hip Hop died back in the late 90's very early 00's.

I believe that commercialisation of Hip Hop has lead to its demise in quality. Some of the culprits, IMO, include lil bow wow pow or what ever he is called, and lil wayne:mad:. (why are they all little????)

But the same could be said has happened to my favourite genres of music, house, hard house, techno, trance, hard style and dutch gabber.

Every time I mention to people I like Dance music, they instantaneously think of Cascada or Basshunter. (If I ever meet that Basshunter prick I will cut his ears off with a rusty potatoe peeler!!!!!!:mad:)

Sorry about the rant folks but Nick Clegg was on the TV this morning talking bull**** about "anti social behaviour" and it has got my back up.
