Well - when I built the trading room, the weather was fairly cool, so I decided against putting in air conditioning.

Now - with the temperature outside tipping 100 degrees, it's a but "Toasty". I've got a guy coming tomorrow to have a look at the office space and tell me what sort of unit is required and then hopefully they can get something in ASAP.

not always, yesterday I only traded long - see statement. generally speaking we are in a bear market although we are currently seeing extreme volatility in either direction intraday. I trade with the flow whatever direction that is. I do enjoy shorts though as it's the fear trade.

Keep at it, CD. I've traded a few SB accounts starting with the free money available (£100-£200), and it's definitely a challenge to get the balance up to an amount where a few small lapses won't wipe you out.

yeah its hard going building up from a small account, the temptation is to go on tilt. once the account gets up to £1000 I can start putting some more firepower down knowing that I can recover from a few knocks.

just spanked it for another 3 points. I would be happy if I can get to £300 by the end of next week. it is soooo tempting to go for a cheeky £5 a pointer but I am trying to play with a straight bat to show people it can be done.
