Headlines todays informs us that the govt will be putting up an extra £50mill in the future to close the north/south wealth gap of £29 billion...traders test..tell me what's wrong with the aforementioned statement ?....
OK ,I misquoted ..it did not say "close the gap" ..it said "narrow the gap" and strictly speaking £50mill might just achieve that if the definition of narrowing the gap includes northern car thieves will be able to afford to upgrade from bricks to trolley jacks whilst liberating alloys...all as a result of their employment benefits being increased...ha democracy at work
