Would any of you home full time trader consider employing someone?

I'm just wondering if any of you would think of employing someone to either trade the same system as to increase your profits, help you with chart analysis or any other tasks?

I got an email from a trader that lives close to me today so have asked if he would consider this. Just wondering if anyone else out there would.
