which broker?

Hi Everybody
I'm a new member from London and after 1 year of research:smart: I want to open an account to start spreadbetting.
I've noticed there are many spread betting firms and to me look like..."you can never win"...some of them give,,,,some take,,,but I've shortlisted two which are:
IG INDEX and ETX Capital....which one I should go with????:?:

Most newbies start off with spread betting, I certainly did. learning should begin with the direct market stocks, bonds, futures, commodities pick your poison. How can you expect to learn without seeing the time and sales + order book. Spread betting can then be used when you are profitable, knowing its limitations.

What about betonmarkets ?
I want to use it but i have afraid .... is it secure ?
Do they have problems with money and withdrawals ?
