which are top option level 2 brokers

What are the really good option brokers with good fast level 2 and low option charges?

I am based UK but may travel in the future.

Actually I don't understand what is level 2, but HotForex and FxPro are two my best broker with low spread, fast payment and good condition trading environment. Give them a look.

level 2 are those in direct contact with banks that are giving quotes.
Level 3 are your usual marketmakers aka "forex brokers"
