Where to trade FTSE ?

I'm interested in trading in an office environment (as opposed to home !) - So that I can work with other traders in an appropiate environment

Can anyone recommend a good place to trade the FTSE - I have my own capital, and would prefer to take 100% profit and pay a desk fee

Commuting distance from Guildford would be great
