In the UK I'm guessing it would be the Debt Management Office on behalf of the Treasury.
For the EEA, try looking for the equivalent, ie country's Treasury departments, as a starting point.
Also try the IMF web site and the European Parliament for pointers.

Spanish auction results are always come out between 1030 CET and 1045 CET, while Portuguese auction results come between 1130 CET and 1145 CET.

well, amplify trading have a daily figure sheet which shows figures for the rest of the day including auctions.

It hasnt been updated since 23rd december. I'm assuming it's because they are on holiday.
This was on the first page of google results. There are plenty more figure sheets out there, just need to spend time finding them. However, a lot of them dont include auctions.

It probably shows only US Auctions like all others; I have a variaty of such calendars.
Please spend more time; you would make me very happy!
I have been searching for hours but couldnt find anything. Only good advise was from the ECB to look for the individual Treasury sites(..); pretty tipical for the EU if you ask me..
Just checked the amplify trading figure sheet link today and it did show the times of European as well as US auctions. E.g. BE and NDL auctions today.
I've only just looked at it in the evening so no idea whether the sheet is updated for the morning open everyday. Worth checking this yourself if you are interested.

I did check the site this morning to see no Portugese Auction; now I dow!
I forgot the time but at that time I only saw yesterdays events.
As I am an early bird trying to catch some 0200 ET currency moves I assume it was at that time.
Will check multiple times again tommorow to see what time it updates.

Yes I try to listen/watch CNBC all the time; it also mentions most of the auctions but I like to be informed before it hits the wire.

This is a longshot, but I've found that each week the Monday edition of the Financial Times (print copy) has a list of just about every economic-related info release scheduled for the coming week.
Whether it contains the info you are looking for, I don't know because I've never looked for it, but it might be worth checking out if you can buy the paper on any given Monday or find it at a local library.

I've been trading lots of different stuf but I think I found my destiny in trading currency futures.
I like the fixed times when things start running: from 0200-0400ET and from 0800-1100ET.
Most of the times I trade breakouts from price and I like to jump on divergence signs from Stochastics.
I always keep my stops tigth and try to let the winners run(stops less tigth), jumping from 2min to 5min, 15min and 30min frames following trendlines EMA and keep a close look at Pivot Points.
