Was watching Rio Tinto this morning and there was a sudden drop of 30p at 10.46am. Nothing spectacular for Rio but share price was steady for hour and a half before this. I've looked for news but can't find anything to explain it. Possible profiteering from last few days but there was a similar drop in BHP Biliton and other miners, gold didn't slump till 30 minutes later. Can anyone explain this please. What gives?
