What can I legally do against prop firm ?

I need advice of what can I do against this firm if they are not following their rules?
They suspend my prop account and pretend like I hit my daily loss and send me one bad trade which went to -4000 but before on that day I already have 6000 in profit so technically I never even touched daily loss was only in plus 2000
I try to get in touch with support team with very detailed answer which I will detached here as well and they give me answer that it will be reviewed by our team tomorrow after they ask me what is my gmail and what’s my account size (they have support contact email and what’sup )I send my detailed reply to both contact but they answer only in what’sup
Right after that question about my gmail and account size they start ignoring me
I really like their platform but or they have very bad support team or they are scammers

How is daily virtual drawdown calculated?
Both the daily drawdown and total drawdown metrics are based off of account equity. This means that the 4% daily drawdown is not a static metric, but one that trails forward with the highest floating profit of the day.
Equity based drawdown applies to all steps programs.

So, your "100K" account highest equity was 101,160.0163, 4% of this is 4,046.400652, and your 4,265.9068 drawdown exceeded the maximum allowed value.

Open and closing prizes do not define a drawdown. If you closed after a recovery you can have violated a max loss rule while the trade was on its worst loss.

They write they offer also demos - to train on a free demo is the easiest way to find out where they placed their tricks.

"4% of your starting balance" sounds unambiguously static to me. So, assuming his maximum drawdown was 4265.9068 (could be higher as you point out), the account would have needed a minimum starting equity greater than 4265.9068 / 0.04 == 106,647.67
