Web Based Trading Stations

Does anybody know of any reputable Forex brokers who also have a web based trading station - with no downloads or plug ins necessary? I trade a mini with refco at the moment, and its going well but not as well as i'd like because i can't place trades from my pc at work... and then by the time i get home the best part of the trading day is over.
