Web Affiliate programs

Hi all,
Saw a web site:

http://platinumwebsites.co.uk/

offering an affiliate programme. Looked OK until you realise that there are loads of sites advertising "Ring Tones", or shopping site directories.

Plus you have to market these sites somehow ?

Another idea was the "Premium Rate Telephone Lines" - Some guy was shown on TV making dosh from such telephone lines/recordings.

Or you can be an affiliate for a porn site, Chemist/Pills site, dating site etc etc.

Has anyone ever looked into these type of affiliate "opportunies"?
