Virtul Trading permanent equities platforms

I am looking for an efficient, permanent virtual trading platforms with access to the FTSE 250 and, if possible, to other European equity indexes and the USA as well.

Ideally I would need a real time feed but other time periods would be acceptable

Is anything out there? Can you help?
