Van der Moolen

Has anyone worked at Van der moolen or been to their interviews? On reading some of the posts here it seems it's quite a reputable company. I've just applied to their London office and have an interview next week. Any information on the company or the best preparation for interviews are most welcome. (i'm particularly concerned about how much they require you to know about the market, the instruments they are trading, technical analysis, trading strategies, etc. I have no previous experience of trading. )

They scalp on large volume equities. desk costs are high, but understand that the ones who survive do OK. We had a guy here who worked for them for a couple of years.
