The annual survey conducted by Harris has shown AMAZON is considered the most reputable company in the USA. I somehow suspect this isn’t a position it holds in countries where its nominal subsidiaries enjoy a creatively lighter tax load than it does in its home market.
For those interested, the other top companies are Apple, Walt Disney, Google & Johnson & Johnson. The bottom of the heap are AIG, Goldman Sachs, Halliburton, American Airlines and Bank of America.
