US BROKER offering DJ and Oil on MT4 Platform

I have recently started a Forex Managed Account Service
as a Money Manager with FxPrimus.com
The problem I am facing at the moment is that FxPrimus
do not accept US Citizens as they are based in Mauritius.

Besides Forex I am mainly Trading Dow Jones Industrial
Average Index and Oil. These are available on their MT4
Platform.

I am receiving many requests from my US Students too
to Manage their accounts.
Can someone help and let me know which US Broker
offers DJ and US Crude Oil on their MT4 Platform
besides Forex.

At this moment, there is no U.S. broker that offers DJ and Crude on MT4.
