Is anyone else finding charts won't load to the T2W site this week (I use firefox)

The message that appears in the 'load window' is:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand."

Any suggestions gratefully received

Were you doing it as an attachment ?
Thanks for such a rapid reply to my 'post in distress!'

Yes

I use the 'manage attachments' button which throws up a new window.
In this you have a number of options, I use 'upload from computer'
click on 'browse' button to locate the file I want and then the 'upload' button

Usually this works fine, but I have only managed to get one chart to upload this week in about a dozen attempts

The files I upload are .BMP around 2.6MB ex MetaTrader

Can you convert your bmp files to gif or jpg as the size of the file may be causing an issue.

Hi Paul

Yes, I can open the file in 'paint' and save it with a .gif extension
That then loaded up fine (I'm not sure of the quality though), could you let me know if this is legible to you please (particularly the prices on the right hand side axis)?

many thanks for all of your help this morning

It looks fine to me and I am able to read the prices, I think jpg may be better than gif if you have that option.

How's this?
(I'll see if I can save directly from metatrader as jpg, so I don't have to go through this extra process)
Thank you again for all your help

I've seen this before but not on t2w. It's an issue with your browser OR your ISP may be having some problems. Rebooting usually fixes the problem.
