UK brokers offering US Pre-Market trading

Hi,
I wondered if anybody could please suggest a UK online broker that offers pre-market (and after hours) US trading. I am currently with TD Waterhouse and, as far as I can tell, they don't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am with TD Waterhouse also. I managed to place some trades with them out of UK hours with the American markets still open. To do this was hard to place the trade as the order would not recognise the stock symbol. I phoned them up using a freephone number to them, they placed the trade for me successfully charging the same as to do it online(half the price), just make sure you explain to them that you couldn't place the trade online. I would also like to find another broker for stocks under a dollar or very micro cap stocks as they are not the best for these. Any suggestions?
