Found this method of trading outlined in a thread on FF that might interest tyro's and old hand alike. Two times frames with the lower time frame being the trigger.

you could do a lot worse than checking out this system. there is some good stuff on Forex Factory and you can actually have a discussion about trading instead of vending.
