Is there a tool or indicator out there that tells you the angle of a trendline you draw on a chart on MT4?
Try a search for Gann Grid. Maybe post the indy here if you find a good one.

Haven't you realized it's much easier for him to post the questions here, let someone else do the work and just give him the answer?
In 21 years my 2 kids combined didn't ask as many questions as this guy

A protractor won't help you because you can alter the perspective of your charts. A different perspective gives the appearance of different angles. You will need to find an indicator that does the math or just do the math yourself. See the charts below. Both are exactly the same EURUSD 5 minute chart. The 2nd one was zoomed in and the price axis squeezed. A protractor is good for a map or drawing where the perspective (both the x & y axis) doesn't change.

So which one of those settings do the professionals use? Id like to be the first to ask.
Good try mate however I dont like my charts clogged up so much looks like I need to resort to this digital version or get a protractor/QUOTE]
Have all the indicators gone then ?
Now we've gone all round the houses, see post 2 !

In MT4 click Insert\Lines\Trendline by Angle
Then as you draw the trendline look in the lower left hand corner where the origin of the line is and behold the angle values.

Try zooming in or out and see how the degree of the angle stays the same but the trendline will be drawn differently even though it's the SAME chart.
Sometimes I feel like I just talk to myself when I reply to these threads. This is why few people here take you serious.
