I've only ever used spreadbetting & CFDs to trade but since I've started getting more interested in US small caps, I've found that IG Index and CMC don't list a lot of them, which is frustrating. I suppose this means I'll have to go through regular stockbrokers now if I want to do small caps. Just wanted to know which brokers & platforms other posters could recommend, preferrably British or European based (am trading from Ireland).
