Does anyone have any experiences with these ('in-house' not online or for fee) programmes?
I am currently broking but in an effort to balance my CV more to the trading side, I have been looking over some potential programmes (Marex, VDM, Liquid Capital mainly) for recent graduates/post grads that seem to offer a sound framework for building trading skills. These programmes seem to be over a 12 or 18month period where one is given access to senior traders, trainers, market simulation programmes and presumably a small salary.
I'm reasonably confident i have the criteria for getting onto the course (ie: i want to become a trader –initially interested in equity cash and derivates/FX/commodities – I have 1yrs market experience, analytical with reasonable academics) but I don't really know what I should expect from these types of programmes.
If anyone has any experiences they would care to share, it would be greatly appreciated…
