I type my trading plan up on the computer and print it out and laminate it. I keep it on my desk as i'm trading. I have little square boxex next to each step Which I mark with a dry erase marker as each criteria is met. This just helps me stick to my trading plan better

do u mind tell us whats your trading rule, how much capital you started with?

I trade with the trend using a custom indicator. I usually trade just once a day on the daily charts at 3:00 p.m. I have tried multiple short term strategies and systems that work fantastic at times but have periods where false signals are abundant and hit stop loss only to retrace a few hours later. I have had much better luck on the daily timeframe. I have not yet gone live as i'm still practicing and have been since June of 2008. I have five thousand dollars capital and am hoping to have more when I decide to go live.
