TradeStation Feeding Wrong Data

11/21/2006: I lost $5000 today using TradeStation because it was feeding me the wrong data!

Examples:Today 11/21/2006

NYX was up more than 9% today, TS showed on my desktop it was up only 0.82%.

BRCM was down 2.64%, TS showed on my desktop it was down only 0.03%.

PFE was down 0.33%, TS showed on my desktop it was up 1.68%.

And EVERY single stock quote was WRONG!

I made trades based on these and lost money. When I called TS, their client service's response was "tough luck." I called their tech support for an explanation, the response was that the cache of the TS program was corrupted so that it was feeding the wrong data for all the stocks.

TS is pushing their piece of crap to risk people's real money. I will post this to every relevant forums/blogs/sites so that other people won't suffer the loss I did. I am looking for action I can take against TS. I kept screenshots of their wrong data feeds.

I have used the standalone TS2000i which I have always found to be fine when used with a separate data provider. I can see no reason for the need to switch and your post gives me more reason not to.

Yesterday morning when I logged on TS I noticed something was wrong. All my forex charts were showing incorrect market data (all crosses).
I deleted my cache and restarted my computer a few times and it solved the problem.
Did not take any trades based on the wrong charts though... It was abvious something was wrong. But It did gave me a headake as it was very early in the morning... and It got me thinking if I was having illusions...
