Trade on the Web or Platform?

Do people prefer to trade on web based software or platforms like MetaTrader 4?
And does anyone believe one of the two are better? I'd just like to see what everyone else is doing.

I trade with GCC Investing and they also offer mobile trading, has anyone experienced a better/worse experience via mobile?
