I am writing to file a formal and urgent complaint against TMGM for their fraudulent and unethical actions regarding my trading account. As a client registered under account number 11012360, I am appalled by TMGM unjustifiable refusal to process my withdrawal request, as well as TMGM arbitrary locking of my account without valid reasons.

Here are the critical details:

Account Number: 11012360
Current Balance: $290,584.73
Total Deposits: $91,231
Email: [email protected]
I have encountered the following serious issues with TMGM:

Unreasonable refusal to process my withdrawal request
Unjustified lockout of my trading account
Unreasonable demands for documentation that I do not possess
Despite meeting all necessary requirements, my funds remain illegally frozen by TMGM, with no sign of resolution. This is not merely an inconvenience—it is outright theft. TMGM’s deliberate and fraudulent withholding of client funds, combined with their unjustifiable demands for additional documentation, amounts to nothing less than financial fraud.

Their actions have caused significant distress and have violated my rights as a client. I demand immediate and decisive action to release my funds in full, without further delay.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this case through legal channels and media exposure to ensure that TMGM is held accountable for their fraudulent activities. I will not tolerate any more delays or excuses.

I'm sorry this seems like an unpleasant experience, maybe in the future should be more careful in choosing a trusted broker, maybe I'm lucky to have never experienced a situation like yours.

You know a desperate man who has no right only has one way to defend, which is keep posting on social forum
File a complaint with the regulator. If they are unregulated then write it off and consider it the price of your tuition.
