the new old "reply" box problem still unsolved thread

seeing as somebody saw fit to close the latest feedback thread on the now perennial reply box issue, and I wished to reply to it, so here's another.

yes the old reply box issue is still an issue. now using ie10 and it doesn't work on that either.

so no sign of a fix yet then?
