The Berkshire Fund has appeared on the FSA warning list today, The Berkshire Fund also appears on the FSA regulated list. However a quick look at their website http://theberkshire.net shows that it has been registered using a false address, postcode and phone number. It has a few crappy spelling mistakes and has all the hallmarks of a scam. Has anybody heard of them?

You'd be a muppet if you gave them your money. By the way theberkshirefund.com is now on the FSA blacklist, same scam, different website it seems.
