Suspicious cold calls

Yes I know this may be repeating things (boiler room scam thread) but in an effort at simplification for the benefit of anyone at risk how about simply posting the names of cold callers that "smell". I'm plagued with these and I'm sure I'm not alone.

You're absolutely right, but googleing a name and finding a note of caution may help a few poor souls out there.
