I have been trading mainly the SPX500 for quite some time.
I follow, know and feel comfortable with this index.
The problem is that I trade european time and very often trade it before regular opening hours. I know it mainly is a reflection of the open markets in europe(before US open) but I still prefer trading S&P.
I get this feeling that it would be much better and more profitable trading FTSE or DAX before US open. Also that the technical signals will be more accurate.
Does anyone have any views on this matter?
