I've been dabbling in spread betting for about a year. Sometimes successful and sometimes not. Sometimes due to bets being closed out by the spread but which would have stayed opened due to the underlying price.
Anyway have read lots of threads on why SB is 'bad' and so have opened a demo account with e-trade.My question is how do I place a stop loss using futures? Do I place an order for an opposite trade at what would be my stop loss?
