spread betting uk

Get the email addresses and write to them. It's a question of knowing the names. then Google.

Finspreads, City Index, IG Index are three names. Other posters will send more, probably, with recommendations.

If you're using a US address I doubt anyone will open an accout for you. After all the online Poker company chief execs were arrested in last year travelling through the States, I doubt any SB managers will want to risk wearing an orange jumpsuit.

Surely, he knows all about this stuff? He wanted to know how to spread bet. Give him some names and let him go to the horse's mouth and find out for himself.

Splitlink, He obviously does not know this.

Did you not understand.

Spreadbetting is ILLEGAL in Florida.

Whats the point in him learning something he cannot do by law. He will not be able to open an account for spreadbetting from where he is.

If I'm right he asked "How can I open an account for spread betting in uk from usa.?, "

The answer is - You cannot legally do this. So, Dont do it. Simple.

That is not our problem. He lives there, we don't. He wants to know how to spreadbet. Maybe he's writing a book. How do we know what his intentions are?

Splitlink,

Sorry mate, this is getting stupid.

You seem to be intent on arguing this point for which there isn't one.

Back to HIS question.

HE ASKED "How can I open an account for spread betting in uk from usa?"

BOOK OR NO BOOK, WRITING, STUDYING, RESEARCH, IT DON'T MATTER.

HE CANNOT OPEN A SPREADBETTING ACCOUNT LEGALLY FROM THE USA.

WHATEVER HIS INTENTIONS, IF HE MANAGES IT HE WILL BE BREAKING THE LAW.

I'M ADVISING THAT LAW BREAKING WILL GET YOU IN SH1T.

THATS IT, END OF. DONT BREAK THE LAW.

So, he's an American citizen? I didn't know that. A foreigner cannot open a spreadbetting account from the US?

We don't know anything about this guy. He asked a question. I answered it. The rest of the legal knowledge is surplus.

I just looked into it. You can, of course, open a demo account because you're not using real capital. But most of the spreadbetting firms won't open a live account if your address is in the U.S. due to the 2006 Federal law against "Internet gambling".

I hope the U.S. will come around to allowing spreadbetting. To me it's more "speculation" than "gambling".
