Hi All

Is it just me or is it sods law that when everything looks good to make a trade the market struggles to get even 10 points in your direction but rockets to 40 points in the opposite direction. Maybe a new strategy should be to reverse what you plan to do

I think in this 80% of time markets accumulates trades before critical mass drives it to new levels. If you have access to the volume data (but I think big institutions hide or split their volumes somehow) you can successfully determine when the market gets ready to make a big move.

In this case, anyway human needs a lawyer. It doesn't matter if a person is well versed in the laws or not.

You both need to speak to Mr Sod, who formulated the law in the first place and should be able to help (although he has a reputation for being difficult and awkward).
