Breakout above $15/Oz will make Silver till level $17.30 which is 18% up from current levels $ 14.76 we expect 17% upside in silver in 2019

I like physical silver as any ETF attracts fees. However to bu ysilver in the UK you have to pay 20% VAT which is utterly obscene. Anyone found a good cheap ETF?
