Shorting Ibuprofen?

Suppose I thought something bad was going to happen with Ibuprofen. Which stocks should I short? It seems to be sold under a few trademarks (some listed here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibuprofen) but I guess I'd like to short whoever is likely to bear the brunt of any impending lawsuits.

It was developed by Boots many years ago and is now not under any patent
