does anybody know of any software that will alert me to shares that gap up ( ie open higher than previous days high) and shares that gap down (ie open lower than the previous days low).
Preferably on a real time basis for UK Shares.
I think any decent (i.e. generally expesive) screener will do it. e-signal will, Metastock real time will as probably will QCharts and the other serious packages people use. For something cheaper Sierra might do? Have a look at their web site.
