I have recently set up a limited company.

Would anyone be interested in buying shares at £1000 each at approx 16% compound interest per annum with the stipulation that they are bought back at a later date either after 5 years (at £2100), 10 years (at £4400), 15 years (£9250) or 20 years (£19450)?

How can you guarentee such returns?

If you were to publish the companies name and articles of association then perhaps people could establish how legitemite this 'offer' is.
